High Energy Gels are energy gels in which the main source of carbohydrate is cyclodextrin, a cutting-edge carbohydrate that improves glycogen replenishment more efficiently. It offers perfect energy release during and after exercise. You can consume up to 2 sticks per hour during exercise with 300 ml of water as needed. Always stay hydrated. Store in a cool, dry place.
