Hoka One One Arahi 8 F

The Hoka Arahi 8 is a lightweight stability running shoe for asphalt that combines structured support with a relatively fluid and non-intrusive ride, designed for daily training where pronation control is desired without a rigid or overly corrective feel.

It is aimed at runners with mild to moderate pronation, as well as those who need additional support but do not want a heavy or very intrusive shoe. It performs very well in short and medium distances, and also in long runs at easy paces, making it a very versatile option for daily runs on asphalt and compact surfaces.

The upper has been redesigned to improve breathability and fit, with a lighter and more structured mesh that offers good support without being overly rigid. The fit is cleaner and somewhat more forgiving than in previous versions, especially in the forefoot, which improves comfort on long runs.

The midsole uses compressed EVA with a softer feel than in previous versions, maintaining a balance between cushioning and firmness. It incorporates the H-Frame system, which replaces the classic J-Frame, providing stability in a more progressive and less invasive way, guiding the stride without forcing it.

The outsole combines rubber in high-wear areas with exposed EVA parts to reduce weight. It offers good dry performance and adequate durability for daily training, although grip on wet surfaces is more limited compared to other models.
