The Mizuno Wave Rider 29 continues the evolution of one of the brand's most iconic models. This new version features significant improvements in cushioning, a smoother transition, and a redesigned upper that offers a better fit and breathability.

Upper made with seamless Jacquard Air Mesh fabric, very lightweight, breathable and made with more than 90% recycled materials.

Anatomical gusset-type tongue, attached to the sides of the upper, which provides a more secure fit and prevents unnecessary movement.

The midsole has been redesigned incorporating Mizuno Enerzy NXT foam throughout its entire length, a new version that is lighter, softer and with greater energy return.

This foam, together with the Pebax Rnew Wave sheet (of plant origin), offers a more stable and cushioned stride, improving efficiency without sacrificing comfort.

The midfoot area has been slightly widened, providing greater control and support with each stride, especially during long sessions.

The sole retains the X10 carbon rubber in the rear for enhanced durability and traction. The forefoot rubber improves cushioning and promotes a more responsive feel with every step.
