RETURN AND REFUND
The customer has a period of thirty (30) calendar days to return the item from the date of receipt of the order. Once this period has passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. The return period has been extended during Black Friday and sales, etc.
For returns for size changes or exchanges for another model, the cost will be €4.99 if the customer takes the item to a GLS office (you must first provide the office address), or €6.99 if you prefer to have it picked up at your address. This fee must be paid in advance via Bizum or bank transfer. You can also place a new order with the desired size or model.
These rates may be increased by €3-€4 in the following cases:
- If we receive the original packaging or box of the damaged product.
- If the customer returns the product to us in packaging that is larger or heavier than the one they received.
If you request a refund, a €3.99 handling fee will be deducted, plus the chosen return fee.
If a size change is requested, the return costs (€4.99 or €6.99 depending on the rate chosen) + the shipping costs for the new size (€4.99) will be paid.
- Orders shipped to the Balearic Islands will have a return shipping cost of €14.99.
- Orders shipped to the Canary Islands will have a return shipping cost of €24.99.
- Orders shipped to countries within the European Union (except Spain and Portugal) will have a return cost of €12.99.
To request a return for a size or model exchange, or a refund, click here . Once logged in, you'll need to enter the email address you used to place your order. A code will be sent to that email to log in. Once logged in, your orders will appear, and below each order, you'll be given the option to request a return. Indicate the items you'd like to return and select the options. Once the return is complete, you'll receive a confirmation email along with instructions on how to prepare your package for pickup or delivery to a Pack Point.
For returns, you can use the same box or envelope in which the product was shipped, or alternatively, a similar package that guarantees the product's perfect condition during shipping.
The right of return is subject to the following conditions:
• Returns are not accepted for electronic products that have been turned on and/or activated, nor for food and nutrition products.
• Products must be in the same condition as you received them , unused, in their original box and packaging, with their original labels and undamaged.
• You must indicate the reason for the return.
• Items with a specific expiration date (such as nutritional products) are exempt from the 30-day return policy.
• The product return option does not apply to gift cards.
Once received, ADSRUNNING will check the suitability of the item in its warehouse, reserving the right not to issue the refund if it detects that the purchased product and the returned product do not match or that the return has not been made in accordance with these General Conditions of Purchase.
As soon as ADSRUNNING receives the returned product at its warehouse, it will review the product's integrity and process the corresponding refund. This process can take up to 10 calendar days, and if everything is correct, the refund for the returned product will be processed through the payment system used.
The refund application period will be up to seven (7) calendar days for debit cards and up to thirty (30) calendar days for credit cards. If payment was made by bank transfer, it will be necessary to provide an account number to which the refund will be paid. It may take two (2) business days for the refund to appear in the recipient bank.
Partial returns of an order will result in a refund of the price of the returned Product, but not the shipping costs.
When making a return, the available options are to send the items to the provided return address or request pickup at your address.
In the case of the return of defective products, the Customer will be entitled to a refund of the price, shipping costs, and return shipping costs for the defective products or for products delivered if they do not correspond to the order placed by the Customer, in accordance with applicable law.

If you have placed an order and wish to cancel it once payment has been completed and the order has been prepared, a €3.99 cancellation fee will be deducted.
Once we receive your return at our facilities, our Customer Service department will contact you to confirm the refund within a maximum of 10 days. This period may be longer during Christmas, sales periods, and promotions like Black Friday, etc.
Returned items will be refunded using the same payment method used to pay for them.
Shipping costs, nor any other expenses or services related to your order, will not be refunded .
