Description
25g/unit of the 226ERS brand, forest fruit flavor with 100mg of caffeine, gluten- and lactose-free, suitable for vegans, low glucose content, and contains minerals, primarily sodium. It is recommended to take one gel every 60 minutes during exercise, always drinking about 300ml of water.
Ingredients: Mixture of glucose and glucose-fructose syrups, water, sea salt (sodium chloride), potassium chloride, acidulant: citric acid, powdered fruits, natural flavors, caffeine.
