Description
GEL 100 CAF 100 contains 100 mg of caffeine, the equivalent of 1.5 espressos, or one cup of brewed coffee. That's a lot compared to many traditional gels out there. It delivers 25 grams of carbohydrates through a unique combination of fructose and glucose (0.8:1 ratio), allowing for the absorption of up to 100 grams of carbohydrates per hour. It has a high energy-to-weight ratio and contains no added flavors, preservatives, or colors. Like all our products, it's suitable for vegans.
Take GEL 100 CAF 100 alone for shorter periods, or combine it with other Maurten products to ensure you have enough energy during your training or competition.
