Ideal for light-to-medium weight runners (up to 80 kg) with good running technique. This is a fast shoe that you can wear for medium and long distance runs.

Upper with very comfortable seamless stretch Knit fabric with bootie design for a perfect and flexible fit.

The back is raised and incorporates interior protections on the ankle and Achilles tendon for greater safety and stability.

Removable PU insole that provides extra comfort and cushioning.

In the midsole, we find the new Mizuno Enerzy nxt compound, made with recycled materials, which will provide us with reactivity and lightness.

It also features Smooth Speed Assist technology, found on faster models. The heel is raised for greater responsiveness.

This time, the Wave platform is plant-based, made from castor oil mixed with fiberglass to provide greater rigidity and reactivity.

On the sole, we find the X10 compound mixed with Bloom (algae compound) that offers us great durability and grip.
