Nutrinovex Cramp Rescuer is an energy gel for specific use, designed to help stop or relieve muscle cramps during exercise, especially in endurance sports such as running, cycling or triathlon. It is used the moment a cramp appears or when the first symptoms are perceived, with the aim of quickly recovering performance.
Its formulation combines fast-absorbing carbohydrates, sodium and compounds such as apple cider vinegar, whose acetic acid content produces an intense sensory stimulus. This stimulus acts at a neuromuscular level and can help interrupt the signal that causes the cramp, beyond the classic approach based solely on mineral salt replacement. In addition to its specific effect, it also provides a small amount of immediate energy.
It is recommended to take it directly and hold it in the mouth for a few seconds before swallowing to enhance that sensory effect. Its format is compact and easy to transport, which makes it practical for competitions or long training sessions where the risk of cramps is higher.

Instructions for use
