GHOST 14 by Brooks

Today we're going to talk about the latest model in one of the favorite series of neutral runners: the Ghost 14 by Brooks , which improves the fit and promises smoother transitions.

One of the most important new features we find compared to its predecessor is the incorporation of DNA LOFT throughout the midsole which, combined with Segmented Crash technology, gives us maximum cushioning so that our step is softer and lighter and, in addition, offers a simpler flow between landing and take-off of the foot.

Another renewed part is the upper, where the fit has been improved, a feature that more and more models from different brands incorporate, inserting 3D Fit Print in the instep, which balances elasticity and structure without losing breathability.

The sole follows the same design as its predecessors. The heel is shaped like a horseshoe, with a large, solid rubber surface under the metatarsals. This facilitates entry for any type of stride.

One thing worth noting is that the Ghost 14 is the first shoe manufactured with zero carbon emissions. To achieve this, they use recycled materials, reduce manufacturing waste, and purchase carbon offsets, among other measures.
