SPEEDGOAT 4 by Hoka One One

Today we bring you the review of one of the most acclaimed trail running models from the Hoka One One brand: the Speedgoat 4 .

In this fourth iteration, Hoka has improved on some of the weaker features of previous versions, such as support and stability. This new version is more versatile , both for terrain and for runners.

This time, the brand has opted to improve the mesh upper for greater breathability and incorporate a highly innovative, lightweight foam that increases cushioning and comfort while running. In addition, the reinforced tongue features a series of holes that allow air to flow continuously. 3D-printed layers have also been included to provide a greater sense of support in the midfoot and increase safety.

Vibram Megagrip has been used for the sole, promoting traction and grip on slippery terrain. To enhance the feeling of support and stability, 5mm studs have been added.

The Speedgoat 4 is the ideal choice for neutral runners looking for a shoe with plenty of soft cushioning. This shoe is recommended for a wide audience, from light runners to those who are slightly heavier.
