Its upper is made of an extremely fine and breathable engineered mesh or warp-knit fabric, with a wider toe box to allow for natural toe flexion. The ankle area features a sock-like finish that ensures a snug fit, and the eyelets and laces are designed for a secure closure without pressure.

The midsole is the heart of the Elite 5: it uses DNA Gold, a 100% PEBAX (PEBA) foam with high reactivity and bounce, with a 40 mm heel height and 32 mm forefoot height, resulting in an 8 mm drop
