How to choose the size? Calves expand around their circumference during exercise by approximately 2 to 6 cm. Keep this in mind when choosing your size!

1. Measure the perimeter of your calf at rest around the area of greatest volume. (Example: 35 cm)
2. Add about 3 or 4 cm of dilation to this measurement. (Example: 35 + 3 = 38 cm)
3. Choose your size according to the size guide using your measurement plus the dilation. (Example: 38cm, size L)
