Description
The New Balance Fresh Foam X Hierro v9 maintain their essence as reliable shoes for any purpose, but they come more refined with a dual-density midsole, a Vibram sole with new studs, and a comfortable, durable, and breathable upper.
Ideal for both advanced and beginner trail runners who need a shoe for long-distance mountain training on wet, muddy, loose rock, or gravel surfaces. They also work well on forest trails and hard-packed dirt trails.
Upper made with a new, highly breathable engineered mesh that maintains the durability needed for trail running. Reinforced toe box to protect toes from impacts and abrasion, and abrasion-resistant details.
Redesigned, more comfortable tongue that prevents stones and debris from entering. Perfect fit in the instep area without constricting.
The midsole is composed of two layers with different firmness levels: the lower layer provides greater stability, while the upper layer is softer and more comfortable. This combination of layers provides firmer support while offering excellent comfort.
On the sole, we find larger and deeper lugs for greater grip on loose and muddy terrain. Microtraction will give us extra traction when traversing wet stones or uneven surfaces.
