226ERS Energy Drink contains a blend of vitamins and minerals sufficient to cover your needs during exercise.

Recommended during workouts where you need a carbohydrate intake, reducing fatigue and improving performance.

This drink provides energy without sugar. Its 45g of carbohydrates come from potato starch, which helps gastric emptying (up to 80% faster) and replenishes glycogen up to 70% faster.

It contains 250mg of L-Carnitine, specifically L-tartrate, which is a stabilized form, so the absorption rate is slightly higher.

It also contains 250mg of taurine, which supports the immune system, contributes to antioxidant capacity, and is involved in optimal energy metabolism.

HOW TO USE:

Dissolve 4 scoops (50g) of product in 500ml of water and shake. Consume regularly in small doses of 150-200ml every 15/20 minutes, before and during exercise.
