The Asics Metaspeed MD is a spike shoe that will help middle-distance runners achieve longer strides with minimal effort.

The upper is constructed with Motion Wrap, providing an excellent, supportive fit and great reliability. It's made with materials that wrap the foot, keeping it supported and contained throughout your run. This upper also wicks away moisture, preventing the buildup of moisture and sweat.

Lightweight tongue and lace-up closure.

In the midsole, we find FF Blast Turbo cushioning, which offers excellent responsiveness for going much faster. The midsole compresses with each step and quickly returns to its shape for a more explosive response. It also features excellent cushioning to take weight off the joints and absorb impacts instantly.

It also includes a carbon plate that runs from the midfoot to the front, propelling our body forward during our stride.

Outsole with a six-spike plate that increases traction and support during the run, and also helps create an advanced level of glide without causing excessive resistance with the track surface.
