The Brooks Glycerin 21 arrives with important new features, offering us the ideal shoe for daily training sessions of any distance and at different paces. What it does maintain is its 10mm drop.

The upper is composed of a new mesh that wraps around the foot, offering great comfort and excellent breathability. It also includes reinforcements on the heel counter and tongue for increased comfort.

This new mesh uses up to 59.7% recycled materials.

The midsole increases its profile and incorporates DNA Loft v3, whose mold uses nitrogen, providing excellent cushioning, joint protection, and great dynamism.

The outsole has also been updated to improve traction on a variety of surfaces. RoadTrack rubber has been applied in several areas to enhance traction and durability.

It is also worth highlighting the remarkable width that the sole has gained.
