The Hoka Stinson 7 is a shoe for both road and trail running, offering great cushioning and ideal for any type of runner. Despite its cushioning, it's also suitable for high-speed running thanks to its responsiveness.

It is especially ideal for dry surfaces such as loose or hard dirt trails, rocks, or large stones, as it provides excellent grip in these areas.

Upper made with technical jacquard mesh that hugs the foot very well, increasing support and breathability.

It features full-length TPU inserts that help keep your foot in place.

Flat laces help control pressure on the back. Padded tongue and collar for added comfort.

It also has reflective details.

In the midsole, we find the CMEVA compound with an H-Frame design that helps stabilize the stride and provide optimal cushioning.

It also incorporates J-Frame technology that prevents the foot from tilting.

On the sole, we see studs arranged in multiple directions that offer excellent grip during braking and takeoff, as well as providing support during lateral skids.

Anti-abrasion rubber pads at high-wear points for increased durability.
