The La Sportiva Bushido III continues to maintain its stable character that offers us great security in alpine, technical and tough terrain.

Ideal for light-medium weight runners who need a mid-distance shoe for compact terrain.

On the upper, the midfoot panels have been modified for greater breathability. The slip-on construction features a tongue that provides a more snug fit.

The 4mm Ortholite insole is maintained, increasing cushioning and comfort, and also prevents deformation over time and prevents unpleasant odors.

The brand has updated the midsole, increasing its profiles by 30mm in the heel and 24mm in the forefoot, while maintaining the 6mm drop.

The sole maintains the Red Frixion, which combines two materials: more grip in the central area and more durability in the external studs. The studs remain wide and low-profile, ideal for rocky and compact terrain, although in this new version, the external studs flare outward for greater stability.
