The Santa Madre Carbofuel 45CHO energy drink (ratio 1:0.5) is rich in carbohydrates and minerals to take during exercise.

Provides 45g of carbohydrates per dose and 400mg of sodium.

Designed for endurance sports, it's ideal for working with high-carbohydrate nutritional strategies. Its 1:0.5 ratio allows us to safely work with up to 90g of carbohydrates per hour, preventing performance drops due to glycogen depletion and improving recovery after the workout.
